This role is for someone who loves bringing ideas into form.

Your key focus:

→ Coordinating production across all departments for the HPL Festival and monthly community events.

→ Being the main operational partner in the day-to-day work of HPL working closely with the founders and the extended team.

→ Taking ownership, staying calm, solving problems and helping grow Heal Play Love with dedication and heart.

You don’t have to “do everything yourself”, You coordinate, you connect, you lead quietly, and you support where it matters.

• Coordination of Production Departments
  
  You keep the overview and flow between all production areas, including:

  1. Decor & build-up teams

  2. Logistics & infrastructure

  3. Volunteers & awareness team

  4. Technical production (liaising with partners)

  5. F&B vendors

  6. Market vendors

  7. Artist care & hospitality

  8. Venue & external partners

  Your job is not to execute everything — but to ensure everyone knows what to do, when to do it, and how it connects.

•  Festival Production Support

  • Support in planning timelines, schedules and run-sheets

  • Coordinate build-up and breakdown with all teams

  • Ensure safety, compliance and smooth operations

  • Be part of the on-site production leadership (calm, present, hands-on when needed)

  • Support with signage, layout and backstage coordination (with specialists)

• Monthly Community Events

  • Coordinate the small production elements (venue, setup, volunteers, flow)

  • Ensure the vibe, safety and experience align with HPL

  • Be present at events to hold operations with ease

• Operational Backbone of HPL

  • Keep processes running (materials, storage, tools, communication, checklists)

  • Create structure for recurring tasks

  • Support founders with operational tasks and project managemen

  • Bring a sense of ownership and drive into HPL’s day-to-day work

• Hands-on Support

  This role is not purely managerial.

  At times you step in:

  • helping set up or break down

  • supporting volunteers

  • solving last-minute issues

  • being the person who sees what needs doing and simply does it

• Experience in event operations or production coordination

• Strong organisational skills and love for structure

• A calm, grounded presence under pressure

• Someone who brings solutions, not problems

• High level of ownership, independence and initiative

• Ability to work with many stakeholders and keep the overview
